Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong kitchen design skills with a sales mindset. Experience in kitchen and bath showrooms, cabinetry, luxury appliances, interior design, home improvement, building products or other high-end residential sales environments is especially relevant.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are required. You should be comfortable using kitchen design software, CRM systems, email, quoting tools, spreadsheets, web-based business software and online product research.

Experience with 2020 Design, ProKitchen, SketchUp, CAD or similar kitchen design software is a strong plus.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms is also a plus, particularly for research, customer communication, organization and productivity.

The strongest candidates will be:

Creative while also being detail-oriented and technically minded
Comfortable selling, presenting recommendations and asking for the business
Able to manage multiple customers and projects at different stages
