Fundraising Development Coordinator - Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida (PASWFL) · Full-time · Reports to Executive Director

About PASWFL - The Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida is a nonprofit serving Collier and Lee Counties Florida. We are building a Parkinson’s-friendly community where people living with Parkinson’s (PwP) and related neurodegenerative diseases are treated with dignity and understanding.

Our mission: We enrich the quality of life and empower people touched by Parkinson’s and related neurodegenerative diseases through exceptional programs and services.

Our vision: We foster a supportive community for those touched by Parkinson’s disease. Our efforts include dedicated support programs, advocacy, raising awareness, and educating both healthcare professionals and the wider community about Parkinson’s disease.

Our values: Our passion is to serve. We are empathetic and inclusive. We strive for excellence every day.

The Opportunity - PASWFL seeks an experienced, mission-driven fundraising professional to become our Development Coordinator. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Coordinator drives fundraising for the Association: grants, special events, individual giving, corporate partnerships and sponsorships.

This is a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team. You will set strategy with the Executive Director, then roll up your sleeves to carry it out — drafting a grant proposal one day, meeting a local business sponsor the next, and making sure every gift is recorded and every donor thanked along the way. You will build the systems, relationships, and donor pipeline that help PASWFL grow its reach and independence, and you will play a lead role in our 30th Anniversary Campaign.

The Coordinator serves as the staff liaison to the Board’s Development Committee and as a passionate ambassador for PASWFL across Southwest Florida.
