Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Permit Place. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing project timelines and ensuring that all necessary permits are secured efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence research and prepare supporting documentation for permitting projects.
Maintain, update, and report project trackers and internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
Support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers with assigned tasks across all phases of a project.
Order prints, create shipments, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Assist in entering data into project management software (e.g., Accelo) and generate status updates.
Follow up with clients and agencies on project status alongside APMs.
Ensure all daily timesheets and assigned reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the permitting process.
Maintain 80% utilization rate.
Provide reliable support project teams and clients.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Software Suite and project management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player

All employees must have a good driving record and be eligible to be insured under Permit Place’s automobile insurance policy in order to drive a company car.
Due to the fact that an essential part of each workday requires the transporting of large plan documents, all employees in this position must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
