Our small but mighty law firm is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing Marketer. As the Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for getting the firm of Philip DeBerard, Injury Attorney out in the community and at people’s top of mind. This position is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys being creative and being around people. Candidates should have a passion for marketing, promoting, and empowering the community.

Job Functions/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Brand Management
- Engage with followers and coordinate give-back events
- Create compelling content on a variety of social media platforms
- Manage email lists and create email templates and newsletters
- Arranging and following up on professional networking opportunities

Community Outreach/Client Engagement
- Attend Networking Events
- Continue & grow current non-profit relationships
- Plan & attend community events within the Treasure Coast, Big Lake, and Palm Beach areas
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve client satisfaction

Marketing Support
- Work with Web & SEO specialists on best practices and implementation of advertising and communication plans
- Manage media relations and PR activities to enhance the firm's reputation and thought leadership presence
- Serve as a spokesperson for the firm and handle media inquiries as necessary
- Analyze and report on case loads, marketing sources, and other analytics

Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel around the local community
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related majors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
- Proficiency in: Canva, FloDesk, Meta, Microsoft Office
