Role Description

PGP is seeking an experienced and driven Associate to join our Boston office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and directly contribute to live M&A transactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in financial modeling and transaction execution, and an eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and other quantitative materials
Draft and manage key transaction documents, including pitch materials and confidential information memoranda
Supervise and mentor analysts and interns throughout the deal process
Support client communications and relationship management efforts
Manage virtual data rooms and oversee due diligence processes
Assist in business development and market coverage initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, or finance
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-growth setting
Prior healthcare services experience is a plus
