Customer Service Professional (Part-Time, Remote)

AccountEdge is seeking a part-time, fully remote Customer Service professional to support our customers primarily via Intercom chat and email, with occasional outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely, accurate manner.
Resolve issues across website, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
Communicate clearly, show empathy, and provide effective solutions.
Follow processes, escalate when needed, and deescalate negative experiences.
Provide feedback to improve service processes.

Schedule

20–25 hours per week
Business hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible days, no weekends)

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or online support).
Experience with Intercom a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently while meeting daily goals.
Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
