Our mission is to help our customers save money on their electric bill and power them through any storms that come around. We deliver high quality and reliable solar custom design and installation services. We are an experienced team of dedicated, hard-working and focused individuals.

ProVision Solar is currently looking for competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This is a new branch on the island and requires strong-minded and motivated sales professionals to grow and establish a branch here on Oahu.

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Help manage the leads in our new Oahu Location
Design systems based on client needs
Work under sales manager's guidance to properly meet expectations
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Meet with clients at their homes or conduct sales via zoom and phone calls
Follow-up with leads on a consistent basis
Review proposals with clients, answers questions and discuss options
Understand customer needs and requirements
Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Requirements:

inside sales experience (preferred)
Strong phone presence
Proficient with productivity
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong team player with good communication skill

The Oahu Branch is still ramping off and we need someone who is motivated and eager to educate and sell solar. This job will mainly consist of work from home 1-2 days a week to set up meetings and appointments in person with clients across the island for the remainder of the week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
