Pay: $350.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports.
Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets and improving processes.
Provide inside sales support by responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in training new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2C or technical sales; retail sales experience is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
