The Photography Coordinator supports the end-to-end photo production process, with an emphasis on pre-production assistance, on-set support, and foundational post-production tasks. Will report to the Director of Photography.

THE WORK

Assist with photo shoots, supporting the on-set team in roles such as Grip, lighting technicians, and digital capture (Digitech)
Learning commercial photography
Pre-Production
- Assist with ideation and creation of concept decks, moodboards, and shotlists
- Learn to translate brand style guidelines into concepting and mood boarding
- Support concept deck buildouts, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with agency design standards.
Prep gear packages and studio needs based on shot list requirements

Requirements

Can compose basic shots under direction
Proficient in studio lighting setup and breakdown
Lighting plots
Strong equipment handling, inventory, and maintenance
Strong attention to detail
Proficient camera operation
Artistic eye in building presentation decks
