Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fundraiser Coordinator to lead our fundraising initiatives and foster meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue streams.
Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach activities that engage diverse audiences and inspire giving.
Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective donors through personalized communication, stewardship, and recognition efforts.
Manage databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Raiser's Edge or similar platforms to track donor information, donation history, and engagement metrics.
Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and other grant-making entities.
Conduct research on potential funding sources, industry trends, and community needs to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that highlight organizational impact and fundraising opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of all fundraising activities, donor interactions, and campaign outcomes for reporting purposes.

Skills
