Location: Remote / Flexible

About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, self-directed sales professionals to help grow a new technology platform designed for property management companies, landlords, and real estate owners.

This is a commission-only, independent sales opportunity ideal for individuals who have experience generating their own leads, prospecting, cold outreach, and closing sales.

The company and platform name will remain confidential until qualified candidates advance to the interview stage.

Compensation

Sales representatives are paid a one-time commission for each new account successfully enrolled:

$400 for each client account enrolled in the Basic Plan
$800 for each client account enrolled in the Pro Plan

There are no recurring commissions. However, each client can enroll in multiple accounts. Compensation is paid once per successfully completed client account enrollment.

When Commissions Are Paid

Commission payments are issued after:

The client’s first month’s enrollment payment has successfully cleared;
The client’s account has been fully established; and
The client has completed the account setup process, including creation of their username and password.

This process allows us to verify that the client has completed enrollment and provides the company with the necessary account information for ongoing client communication and marketing.
