RemX Staffing is now hiring a Marketing Specialist!

This is a temporary role working hybrid schedule in Tewksbury, NJ.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide temporary coverage. This role will support corporate branding and internal engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on event coordination, internal communications, and project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support corporate events, including employee socials, shareholder luncheons, retiree events, milestone anniversaries, and other internal initiatives
Assist with planning and execution of branding initiatives, corporate displays, and internal communications
Research promotional items, display solutions, and vendor options; provide creative ideas and recommendations
Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, expectations, and follow-ups
Prepare work orders, purchase requisitions, proposal memos, budget spreadsheets, and other supporting business documentation
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
