Digital Marketing & Technology Manager

Ridi Stores is a growing company operating convenience stores, fuel stations, and car washes across Northwest Ohio, Indiana and Michigan . We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our corporate team and help manage our marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, digital platforms, and technology systems across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and operations and wants to play an important role in supporting a growing company.

Responsibilities

Manage company websites, online presence, and digital marketing initiatives
Oversee loyalty and rewards programs for our convenience stores and car washes
Coordinate social media content, promotions, and customer engagement
Assist with branding, marketing campaigns, and public relations initiatives
Work with vendors on digital signage, marketing displays, and in-store advertising
Help develop marketing strategies to increase store traffic and customer engagement
Assist stores with troubleshooting basic technology issues such as POS systems, internet connectivity, printers, and digital signage
Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT providers to resolve technical issues when needed
Help maintain and improve digital tools, websites, and marketing platforms used across the company
Support new technology rollouts and digital initiatives across store locations

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, IT support, digital media, or a related field
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Experience with websites, social media, or digital marketing tools preferred
Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with multi-location retail or service businesses is a plus

Pay: $28 – $32 per hour depending on experience
