Your Day-to-Day as a Non-Profit Event Marketing Associate

Interacting directly with customers at community events and retail pop-ups
Promoting non-profit missions, values, and current campaigns
Driving sales and donation conversations through engaging, in-person outreach
Tracking sales and donation metrics to measure campaign performance
Supporting event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Handling confidential donor and customer information responsibly
Building genuine relationships by connecting and relating to potential donors
Maintaining a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times
Collaborating with leadership to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts

Non-Profit Event Marketing Associate Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working directly with customers is a plus
Comfort with sales conversations and performance-based goals
Ability to travel to our Mobile office and local event locations
Reliable transportation for events and pop-ups
Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
Motivation to meet and exceed sales expectations
