Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be coached. You will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospects, making cold calls, and developing relationships across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and target potential clients in the construction industry through phone, email, field visits, and digital outreach
Cold call and prospect daily to generate new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with detailed notes and activity logs
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and networking functions as needed
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in construction, industrial equipment, or B2B environments
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, or parts is a strong plus
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
