We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer/Sales professional to join our innovative team. Duties

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance throughout the design process
Create detailed drawings in Chief Architect to visualize custom cabinetry layouts and designs
Prepare comprehensive proposals including specifications, materials, color schemes
Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and remodeling or renovation assessments
Draft detailed construction documents and shop drawings utilizing Chief Architect to facilitate accurate manufacturing and installation
Present design options confidently to clients,
Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring all project parameters align with budget constraints and construction standards
Stay informed about industry trends in interior design, cabinetry innovations, lighting sales, and remodeling techniques to continually enhance service offerings

Experience

Proven experience in cabinet design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in cabinetry layouts and remodeling projects
Familiarity with construction processes, contracts management, lighting design principles, renovation techniques, and building codes
Strong sales background
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while maintaining attention to detail during drafting and remodeling phases
Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively while collaborating with contractors and vendors
