Hospice Marketer/ Business Development

San Jose Hospice Care LLC. is looking for a Hospice Marketer with knowledge and experience in marketing for Hospice Care. This qualification is a must!

Description:

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This includes assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinating social media efforts, and developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Hospice Marketer will primarly contribute to the growth and development of the agency by increasing patient census, satisfaction and dealing with family members concerns. Primary responsibilities for the position include:

Identify prospective patients for hospice services.
Grow census in area assigned.
Interacts with patients, caregivers and other members of the community to assess patient satisfaction with agency services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, including nursing homes, physicians, hospitals etc.
Ensuring communications between all involved in patient care activities and the continuity of patient care.
Develop and implement programs to expand the agency's community outreach.

No social media duties will be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
