Compensation: Commensurate with experience. $70,000–$100,000 USD annually with bonus

Role Overview

SiVIEW is seeking a Business Development Manager to support sales, grow new and existing customer relationships, and serve as a key bridge between customers, sales, marketing, and product teams. This role blends business development, sales support, customer success, and field execution, with significant autonomy and responsibility.

What you’ll do

Support sales across new accounts
Support after sales relationship management with existing accounts
Build relationships with optometry & ophthalmology customers
Attend and support conferences and industry events
Support marketing, conference/event installations, and post-sales customer success
Work closely with product and tech teams located in Paris, France
Prepare professional presentations
Manage / own a BD funnel using HubSpot

What we’re looking for

Business development or sales experience
Willingness to travel
Experience in eye care, optometry, or ophthalmology is a plus
French proficiency required
Strong presentation and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with physical equipment in and installing equipment
Entrepreneurial, independent, and willing to travel
Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, OneNote, etc…)
Comfortable working with AI business tools (Notebook LM, Gamma, OpenAI, etc…)
College Degree, MBA or Other Advanced Degree Preferred
