Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in assigned territories through targeted business development initiatives.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management to generate new leads and nurture existing accounts.
Must be able to climb ladders to provide thorough and detailed notes from roof inspections
Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering customized solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction and value creation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and support sales objectives.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and territory developments to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
Strong management capabilities with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation efforts independently.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and account management.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts, tracking opportunities, and analyzing performance metrics.
Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and engaging with diverse clients.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support business development initiatives.
Analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for territory growth.
