We are a fast-growing, performance-driven company seeking an experienced Programmatic Media Buyer to own and manage our advertising efforts on The Trade Desk.

This is a hands-on role, not a coordinator position. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling programmatic campaigns—primarily OTT/CTV—with a clear focus on leads, calls, and ROI, not branding metrics.

If you are comfortable managing budget, optimizing toward CPL/CPA, and working closely with CRM and call center data, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Own and manage all campaigns within The Trade Desk
Plan, launch, and optimize OTT / CTV, display, and retargeting campaigns
Optimize toward CPL, CPA, and sales quality, not impressions
Control pacing, frequency caps, and budget allocation
Analyze performance using post-view and post-click attribution
Implement supply path optimization (SPO) to reduce waste
Coordinate with internal teams on:
Creative strategy and rotations
Call tracking and CRM integrations
Compliance requirements
Scale winning audiences, geos, and placements
Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reporting

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience managing The Trade Desk
Proven experience running OTT / CTV campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing (lead gen or call-based)
Experience optimizing toward CPL or CPA
Familiarity with attribution models, including post-view conversions
Comfortable managing budgets of $50k+/month
Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating CRM or call center data into programmatic platforms
Experience with lead generation, legal, home services, or financial verticals
Understanding of compliance-sensitive advertising environments
