We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Specialist to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently on a computer.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems.
Review information for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Organize, label, and manage digital files.
Perform routine data cleanup and verification tasks.
Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify information.
Assist with basic administrative or record-keeping tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree a plus).
Basic computer skills — especially with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (minimum 35–45 WPM preferred).
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written communication skills.
