JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have

a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in plastics

injection molding, and will be responsible for optimizing production

efficiency and quality. This role requires a blend of technical

expertise and project management skills to drive continuous improvement

initiatives within our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Develop,

implement, and maintain process improvements to enhance production

efficiency and product quality. Conduct root cause analysis to identify

issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.

Utilize AutoCAD and Creo for designing process layouts and equipment

modifications. Manage project scheduling and timelines for process

improvement initiatives. Provide technical support for industrial

equipment used in the manufacturing process. Apply lean manufacturing

principles to streamline operations and reduce waste. Train production

staff on new processes and equipment usage. Experience Bachelor\'s

degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in process

engineering within a manufacturing environment, specifically with

plastics injection molding. Proficiency in programming languages

relevant to process automation is a plus. Familiarity with project

scheduling tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with

experience in root cause analysis techniques. Knowledge of lean

manufacturing practices is highly desirable. Experience with industrial

equipment maintenance and optimization. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s

degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or

a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in process engineering

within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in Lean,

Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), or other

CI methodologies. Working experience with CAD software (Inventor and

AutoCAD preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and project

management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and

continuous improvement tools (e.g., Define Measure Analyze Improve

Control (DMAIC), 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, A3 reports, Takt, Value

Stream Mapping (VSM), process diagrams). Good work history, no gap in

employments, will not consider applicants with less than 2 years at each
