Job Overview
As a Silk Screen Printer, you will be at the forefront of transforming creative designs into stunning printed products. Your expertise in screen printing will bring life to various materials, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations. You will collaborate closely with designers and clients to understand their vision and execute it flawlessly, all while utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques.

What you’ll do

Set up and operate screen printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Our shop is M&R equipment based.
Collaborate with the design team to interpret artwork and prepare screens for printing.
Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain color accuracy and consistency.
Conduct quality checks on printed materials, ensuring they meet established standards before final production.
Maintain equipment and workspace, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.

Basic qualifications

Proficiency in screen printing techniques with a strong attention to detail.
M & R equipment experience preferred.
