Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings, website content, and landing pages for higher search engine rankings.
Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior data and refining website layout, product placement, and call-to-action elements.
Manage content creation, including product descriptions, banners, blog posts, and social media content using content management systems like WordPress.
Coordinate social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online stores.
Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
Monitor digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM strategies, and marketing automation tools to refine campaigns continuously.
Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote special offers or new product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Stay updated on industry trends related to e-commerce, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar content management systems.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
Demonstrated ability in digital marketing channels including social media advertising (Facebook Advertising), Google Ads campaigns, email marketing automation, and SEM strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other technical skills that support website optimization efforts.
Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
Experience with performance marketing tactics aimed at increasing conversions and sales metrics.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging product descriptions and promotional content tailored for different audiences.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies within an e-commerce context is a plus.
