Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our vibrant sales team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories and markets.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and overcoming objections confidently.
Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to deliver insightful advice during customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
Support inside sales efforts by coordinating with team members on account strategies and follow-up actions.
Analyze sales data regularly to identify areas for growth, optimize territory management, and improve overall sales performance.

Experience

Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales roles with demonstrated success in managing territories and developing new business opportunities.
Strong background in management or leadership roles within a sales environment preferred.
Experience with CRM software for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis.
Familiarity with technical sales processes, product demos, and upselling techniques across various industries including construction.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
