Telio Labs is looking for an experienced Account Executive - Marketing Agency to help grow our client portfolio in Las Vegas.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships with business owners, understand business challenges, and convert those conversations into long-term client partnerships. This is not an account management role. The primary objective is new client acquisition and business development.

We are looking for someone comfortable prospecting, opening doors, conducting discovery meetings, presenting marketing solutions, following up consistently, and closing business. Our ideal clients typically invest $3,500 per month or more in ongoing marketing services, with additional opportunities for branding, websites, ecommerce, campaigns, technology, and larger projects.

About Telio Labs

Telio Labs is a marketing, branding, and technology agency backed by more than 17 years of agency experience across the U.S. and Latin America. We help businesses grow through strategy, creativity, digital marketing, and technology: marketing strategy, social media, paid media, branding, website development, SEO, GEO / AI visibility, ecommerce, creative campaigns, and app development. We work closely with our clients, understand their businesses, proactively identify opportunities, and focus our work on measurable business results.

What the Account Executive Will Do

Prospect small and medium-sized businesses in the Las Vegas market and identify companies that fit our ideal client profile.
Build relationships with owners, founders, executives, and decision-makers.
Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, calls, local relationships, and direct outreach.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and marketing needs.
Present agency solutions and recommendations, and manage opportunities from initial contact through close.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
Work with Telio Labs leadership on proposals and strategic opportunities.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

B2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling professional services.
Previous marketing, advertising, digital, branding, creative, communications, SaaS, or agency experience.
Strong prospecting ability and consultative selling skills.
Confidence speaking directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage a pipeline independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset and high personal accountability; you create opportunities rather than wait for leads.
Existing business relationships in Las Vegas are a strong plus.
English required. Spanish is a plus.

Who This Role Is Not For

Someone who depends primarily on inbound leads, is uncomfortable with outbound prospecting, prefers account management over new-business development, is uncomfortable discussing marketing investments of $3,500+ per month, or needs a traditional fixed-salary structure.

How Compensation Works

First 60 days: $200/week recoverable draw against commissions, credited against commissions earned.
Recurring services: 20% of collected monthly client fees.
Projects: 15% of collected project revenue.
Commissions are uncapped.

Earning Potential

2 active clients at $3,500/month = $1,400/month in recurring commission.
5 active clients = $3,500/month. 10 active clients = $7,000/month, about $84,000/year before project commissions.
Project examples: a $10,000 branding project pays $1,500; a $15,000 website pays $2,250; a $25,000 project pays $3,750.

Why Telio Labs

17+ years of agency experience across the U.S. and Latin America. Real partnership: clients should not have to chase their agency. Business-focused strategy and a results orientation: measurable impact, opportunities, growth, leads, and sales.
