About the Role

This is a performance-based consulting role where you’ll combine marketing expertise with innate self-motivation to drive business growth while enjoying the freedom to set your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound inquiries, using a CRM system. Connecting with inbound client leads, hosting discovery calls to access the products best suited for the clients needs/goals.
Access growing business demands, placing job ads for qualified candidates to fill additional marketing positions within the team.
Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and audience needs
Leverage tools like Canva, Google Suite, and ChatGPT to streamline campaigns
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results

Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or consulting
Strong writing and digital marketing skills
Comfortable with cloud-based tools that support remote working (Zoom, G-Suite, etc)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Passion for personal development, leadership training, or coaching
