Employment Type: Full-Time | Development & Construction | Civil Engineering

About the Opportunity

Tiello is partnered with a well-established, privately held real estate development and construction organization with an extensive portfolio of hospitality and commercial properties nationwide.

Unlike traditional civil engineering consulting firms, this organization takes a fully integrated approach to development, bringing Development, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction teams together under one roof.

We're seeking an experienced Project Civil Engineer who enjoys hands-on design while taking greater ownership of projects, technical decisions, and coordination with internal teams and outside consultants.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

In-House Development Environment: Work directly for an established developer rather than a traditional third-party civil engineering consulting firm.
Full Project Lifecycle Involvement: Be involved from initial site feasibility and conceptual planning through design, permitting, and construction.
Diverse Project Portfolio: Work on both new developments and existing properties across multiple jurisdictions.
Private Jet Travel for Site Visits: Travel to project sites across the country aboard a company-provided private jet, allowing for convenient day trips and minimizing overnight travel.
Collaborative, Integrated Team: Work directly alongside Development, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction teams under one roof.
See Your Designs Come to Life: Gain firsthand visibility into how your engineering decisions impact the development and construction of each project.
Greater Project Ownership: Serve as a key civil engineering point of contact, overseeing outside consultants, project schedules, technical decisions, and day-to-day engineering activities.
Hands-On Technical Work: Stay actively involved in Civil 3D design, construction documentation, and solving real-world site development challenges.
