Provide daily process support to production and maintenance teams to promote safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, implement countermeasures, measure results, and sustain improvements.
Build productive customer relationships through regular meetings, clear communication, and timely resolution of quality or production concerns.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 1+ years of relevant professional experience, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering in place of a degree.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvement, or production engineering activities.
Demonstrated experience identifying root causes, implementing countermeasures, and evaluating results.
Experience collaborating across engineering, production, maintenance, and other manufacturing teams.
Flexibility to support overtime, weekend work, and production shutdown periods as needed.
Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.

Added Bonus If You Have

Experience applying Toyota Production System, lean manufacturing, or standardized work principles.
Experience building customer relationships and collaborating with customers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
High-pressure die casting experience that helps you contribute quickly to process and quality improvements.
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, or numerical control programming.
