We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, experience in B2C sales, and a passion for technology sales. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base through warm calling and marketing strategies
Engage with prospects via Facebook Messenger
Qualify inbound inquiries and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and analyze sales data
Negotiate terms with clients to close deals that align with company goals while maintaining professionalism and integrity
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or technology sales, preferably with inside sales or outbound calling experience
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in English
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Knowledge of technical sales concepts and experience in business development is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective outreach and relationship management

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
