Opportunity:

You’ll be playing a pivotal role in building the company’s presence stateside. Working directly with experienced sales leaders, you’ll own the outbound motion — from prospecting to qualification — and have the freedom to shape outreach strategies that cut through the noise. You’ll also collaborate with UK and European counterparts, travelling for onboarding, kick-offs, and company retreats.

Your Role:

Identify and engage potential clients across mid-market and enterprise sectors
Design and execute personalised, creative outbound campaigns
Collaborate with AEs to build qualified pipeline and drive growth in the US market
Stay ahead of AI and SaaS trends to lead informed conversations with prospects
Develop toward a Senior SDR or AE position within 12–18 months

What You Bring:

Around 1–2 years of BDR or commercial experience — ideally in tech or SaaS
A sharp commercial mindset and strong communication skills
Independence, drive, and a genuine passion for technology and innovation
The ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and articulate them clearly
A self-starter mentality — confident operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
