WOLFpak | Costa Mesa, CA | Full-Time, On-Site

About WOLFpak

WOLFpak is a fast-growing athletic lifestyle brand built for individuals who refuse to be average. Known for our premium backpacks, gym gear, and accessories, we've built a passionate community of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday individuals who demand more from their gear.

As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced TikTok LIVE Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok LIVE sales channel, lead our team, and turn LIVE shopping into a major revenue driver for WOLFpak.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, results-driven TikTok LIVE Manager who can own and operate our entire LIVE commerce department.

This is not simply a content creation or hosting position. We need someone who understands the business behind TikTok LIVE, from staffing and scheduling to platform operations, sales strategy, performance management, and customer engagement.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high-performing team of LIVE hosts while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the channel.

The goal is simple: Take full ownership of WOLFpak's TikTok LIVE operations, increase revenue, improve efficiency, and build a scalable LIVE commerce program.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands the TikTok ecosystem, can solve problems independently, and knows how to turn a team of personalities into a consistent, revenue-generating sales operation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok LIVE Operations & Channel Management

Take full ownership of the daily operations and overall performance of WOLFpak's TikTok LIVE channel.
Develop and execute a strategy to consistently increase LIVE viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems and processes to improve performance.
Troubleshoot technical, staffing, and operational issues with minimal oversight.
Ensure all LIVE streams meet WOLFpak's standards for professionalism, brand representation, and customer experience.

Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard TikTok LIVE hosts and supporting team members.
Build and manage weekly host schedules, ensuring proper coverage and efficient use of staffing resources.
Train hosts on product knowledge, selling techniques, audience engagement, platform features, and brand expectations.
Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
Regularly coach hosts to improve their sales ability, presentation skills, and on-camera performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
Build a positive, motivated, and performance-driven team culture.

Sales Growth & Performance Management

Be directly accountable for growing TikTok LIVE sales revenue and improving overall channel profitability.
Set measurable sales goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
Track and analyze key performance indicators, including:
Gross merchandise value (GMV) and net sales
Revenue per LIVE hour

Product performance
Individual host performance

Analyze LIVE performance to identify successful hosts, products, promotional strategies, and time slots.
Test new selling approaches, promotional offers, LIVE formats, and scheduling strategies to drive growth.

Provide regular performance reports outlining results, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Ensure all LIVE hosts consistently represent WOLFpak's brand values, messaging, and professional standards.
Maintain a positive and engaging shopping environment that builds customer trust and encourages repeat purchases.
Train staff to handle customer questions, product concerns, objections, and difficult interactions professionally.
Work with customer service and other departments to resolve customer issues originating from LIVE sessions.
Protect and strengthen WOLFpak's reputation through consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
Build relationships with the LIVE audience and develop strategies that encourage customer loyalty.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Department Coordination

Establish clear, repeatable processes that allow the LIVE channel to operate efficiently and scale.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of LIVE sales.
Work with the inventory team to prioritize available products and avoid promoting items with insufficient inventory.
Ensure LIVE equipment, streaming setups, product displays, and workspaces remain organized and operational.
Manage staffing levels and labor efficiency while balancing growth objectives.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve existing workflows.
Take initiative, anticipate challenges, and resolve operational problems without requiring constant direction.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center, LIVE Manager, and relevant analytics tools.
Experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or direct-to-consumer brands.
Familiarity with Shopify and inventory management systems.
Experience scaling a sales channel through structured operations and team development.

What Success Looks Like

We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of the department and delivers measurable results.

Within this role, success means:

Revenue Growth: Consistently increasing TikTok LIVE sales through improved strategy, host performance, and execution.
Operational Independence: Running the department with minimal day-to-day involvement from senior management.
Strong Team Performance: Building a reliable, well-trained team of hosts who consistently meet performance expectations.
Consistent Execution: Maintaining a structured LIVE schedule with minimal disruptions, missed streams, or operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Using analytics, coaching, and testing to improve conversion rates, viewer engagement, and revenue per LIVE hour.
Scalable Systems: Creating processes that allow the department to grow without sacrificing efficiency, quality, or customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

We want a leader, not someone who simply follows a checklist.

The right person will be comfortable taking ownership of an entire sales channel, making decisions, managing people, and being held accountable for results.

You should be someone who sees an underperforming LIVE session and immediately starts identifying what needs to change. Someone who recognizes talent, develops their team, and understands that successful LIVE commerce requires strong operations just as much as strong personalities.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take WOLFpak's TikTok LIVE channel to the next level through strong leadership, operational excellence, and consistent sales growth.
