Collaborate with other staff members and school administration as needed.
Encourage student participation and assist with their academic questions.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience in a teaching or youth-centered environment is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Patience, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
Availability on a flexible schedule.
