About The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated associate to support Wonder’s print and offline marketing efforts, including direct mail, shared mail, package inserts, and flyers. In this role, you’ll help manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and setup through reporting and optimization. You’ll also help oversee promo code operations across campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and performance tracking.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, work cross-functionally, and grow into greater ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and measurement of offline marketing campaigns.
Partner with analytics and channel leads to track KPIs and measure campaign
Assist in managing promo code operations, including setup, monitoring, and reporting
Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.
Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve targeting, creative, and ROI.
Support the expansion and development of our marketing mix across offline channels.

The Experience You Have

2+ years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field (internships and agency experience welcome).
Familiarity with marketing KPIs and a general understanding of performance marketing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Looker is a plus but not required.
A proactive attitude and desire to learn in a high-growth environment.

Base Salary: $75,000-$82,000 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
