Position: MCA Sales Broker

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Originate and manage Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals
Learn and apply sales rebuttals and proven pitching techniques
Engage prospective clients over the phone with professionalism and persistence
Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships
Maintain performance metrics in a high-volume sales environment
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine skills

Requirements:

Strong phone presence with a confident, articulate voice - Experience being a closer HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Driven, coachable, and hungry for success
No prior sales experience required—just ambition and life goals
Willingness to learn and be mentored by industry experts

Compensation & Growth:

Weekly base draw of $300
Commission at 25% of the deal payout or base, whichever is higher
Fast-paced growth potential based on performance
