Social Media & Content Creation Associate

We curate and resell the most coveted closets in the world through our Instagram Live Shows and are seeking a collaborative, fashion-savvy individual to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Social Media & Content Creation Associate, you’ll help host our Instagram Live Shows, create content, and support customers through DMs. You’ll represent. This role blends styling, sales, and storytelling, giving you the chance to represent The Refind on camera and behind the scenes while elevating our brand every day.
Key Responsibilities
Live Show Hosting and Sales
- Host Instagram Live Shows, presenting luxury items with confidence and professionalism.
- Share product details, fit notes, and styling tips to help sell ready-to-wear, handbags, and accessories.
- Partner with Fulfillment and Live Show teams to ensure smooth show flow and accurate order tracking.
- Build rapport with viewers in real-time to drive live show engagement and conversion.
Styling and Content Creation
- Style and model outfits for Instagram Stories, Reels and in-feed posts.
- Record try-on videos and post polished, on-brand content with accurate product descriptions.
- Offer styling tips and outfit pairings that speak to our audience.
- Stay current on fashion and social media trends to bring fresh creative ideas.
Instagram DM Management
- Respond to Instagram DMs promptly and professionally.
- Convert inquiries into sales while building client trust and loyalty.
- Log customer notes and preferences to personalize service and support retention.
Show Planning & Collaboration
- Prepare looks and selling points alongside the Live Show team.
- Share insights on customer trends to support sales, marketing and inventory department strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, personal styling, content creation, or on-camera work.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, confident presence on camera.
- Professional experience using Instagram and Content Creation Apps (ex: CapCut, Canva, Adobe).
- Passion for luxury fashion and familiarity with designer brands and trends (a plus)
Schedule
This is a full-time, in person, hourly role based in Seattle, WA.
- 40 hours/ week minimum. Sunday required.
- Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons.
