JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Control Office (PCO) provides essential support to project teams by ensuring that projects are planned, tracked, and reported effectively. The role focuses on monitoring project performance, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Track project progress and identify deviations from plans
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Support risk management and change control processes
- Assist project managers with resource planning and forecasting
- Ensure documentation and reporting standards are followed
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for budget alignment
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination
- Understanding of cost control and earned value management
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in project controls or project management support
Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus
