At KenCrest, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, self-directed life surrounded by community, purpose, and possibility. We are seeking a visionary and compassionate Vice President of Programs to lead with purpose, heart, and innovation. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and elevate the delivery of adult services, championing person-centered supports, inspiring high-performing teams, and driving positive change across the organization.

You’ll advocate for outcomes that reflect individual goals and dreams, lead strategic initiatives that foster dignity and independence, and create an environment where innovation thrives and community partnerships flourish. If you’re a bold leader who believes in empowering people, building inclusive systems, and turning values into action, we want to hear from you.
This role is a hybrid position; while it is mostly work-from-home, there are virtual meetings and in-office requirements, as well as expected travel to client homes/meetings within Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware. Standard Monday through Friday with on-call expectations for emergency and program needs.
