Digital Marketing Intern
Terms of Employment: Part Time/No more than 20 hrs per week ($20 per hour)
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Strong desire to learn digital marketing automation and CRM management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be creative, analytical, and able to meet deadlines
- Supports digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Performance Marketing team and external marketing agency
- Assists with campaign setup, coordinates creative assets, and tracks performance in ClickUp and HubSpot
- Passion for education (K-12) strongly preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing automation workflow development, lead scoring, and data entry processes in HubSpot for tracking/enabling digital ad campaigns and in-person events
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and landing page optimization
- Help coordinate projects between internal team and external marketing agency
- Coordinate with Marketing Events team to ensure event activity is reflected and measured in HubSpot
- Assist with some video production for social media advertising including scripting and basic editing
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting and data analysis
- Research digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and educational industry insights
- Create and maintain campaign documentation and track project progress
- Support landing page creation and A/B testing initiatives
- Assist in writing compelling ad copy, landing page content, and basic marketing materials
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Majoring in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field at an accredited college or university.
- Experience meeting deadlines and communicating project status regularly.
