Experience:
Overall, 12 to 17 years' IT experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OpenText Content Suite Platform and related components, including deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades/migrations. Hands on experience of working in Life Science domain and through Knowledge of Validation processes.
Project Leadership:
Leading and managing consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact for the consulting team.
Solution Delivery:
Identifying client needs, developing solutions, and overseeing their implementation.
Team Management:
Guiding and mentoring junior consultants, delegating tasks, and ensuring team members stay on track.
Technical Expertise:
Possessing strong technical knowledge of OpenText Content Suite Platform and related components, including Content Server, Archive Server, xECM, and integrations with other systems.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
