A well-established real estate company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team, supporting both the corporate FP&A function and the Asset Management group. This role will provide broad exposure to real estate financial analysis, portfolio performance, and corporate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses across the portfolio and corporate functions
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate property performance, investment returns, and capital planning
Partner with the Asset Management team to monitor KPIs, tenant performance, leasing activity, and property-level operating results
Support preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows)
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making on redevelopment projects, asset repositioning, and other strategic initiatives
Coordinate with accounting, leasing, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment across functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's a plus)
2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or real estate financial analysis
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills; experience with real estate systems (Yardi, Argus, etc.) a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
