Position Overview
We are seeking a Consultant to join our growing team. This role will support Taidou’s clients across strategy, implementation, and sales initiatives. The Consultant will partner with senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions, engage in business development activities, and drive measurable impact for client organizations. The position requires strong problem-solving ability, client-facing presence, and a willingness to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Support the development of client strategies across digital transformation, compliance, capital raising, and business growth.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform recommendations.
- Prepare deliverables such as strategic roadmaps, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Implementation
- Translate strategic recommendations into actionable project plans.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional client projects.
- Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure execution aligns with client objectives.
- Work with technical and business teams to ensure integration of new solutions and systems.
Sales & Business Development
- Assist in identifying new client opportunities and participating in the sales process.
- Develop and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Support relationship-building with prospective and existing clients to expand Taidou’s reach.
- Contribute to the development of Taidou’s sales pipeline and CRM tracking.
Client Engagement & Travel
- Serve as a client-facing representative of Taidou, demonstrating professionalism and deep knowledge of our services.
- Participate in on-site client workshops, presentations, and implementation sessions.
- Travel occasionally (estimated 10–25%) for client meetings and project work.
