Job Description: Program Manager - Global Supply Chain Transformation

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead an initiative that involves enhancing standardization, data integrity, and end-to-end process efficiency across our client’s global supply chain network. This role will serve as the functional systems expert and a key liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring technology investments are tightly aligned with business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, that requires strong portfolio and program management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven success in organizational change initiatives.
This role requires someone local to the Tri-State area, as the consultant will be expected to meet with the client onsite in New York City from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business representative in prioritizing the supply chain technology roadmap (including heavy ERP system decisions), ensuring business processes and key questions are fully considered.
- Manage a portfolio of supply chain and manufacturing technology projects, providing updates to Steering Committees and the Executive Leadership Team, while prioritizing and escalating issues as needed.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions that support global adoption and long-term growth.
- Drive user adoption by developing and delivering training programs, documentation, and communication plans for new tools and processes.
- Influence stakeholders to embrace process and systems changes, promoting global consistency and scalability.
- Partner with regional and global leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive alignment, informed decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead efforts to define and operationalize new planning processes while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-Experience – 8+ years of experience in portfolio and/or program management, within technology or digital transformation, preferably ERP or Supply Chain technology.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including inter-plant movement, product transportation, demand/supply planning, procurement, inventory management, production control, supplier quality, and logistics.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Familiarity with regulations, standards, and best practices in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience in organizational change management and driving enterprise-wide adoption of new processes and technologies.

-Industry Background – Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, or Retail is preferred.
-Education – Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
-Location & Travel – Must be based in or near the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) — periodically onsite in NYC.
Employment Type: Project-based
Hourly Rate: $100-105
Hours & Duration: 40 hours a week for 6 months
Target Start Date: 10/1/2025
