We are searching for an innovative, passionate, dedicated engineer to join our growing international company to make the world safer, cleaner, and healthier. The application engineer will diagnose and resolve problems, improve efficiency, encourage business growth, and enhance and sustain relations with our customers. The application engineer's responsibilities include data analysis, GIS integration, optimal product configurations, new product testing, sensor qualifications, engineering support requests, quality investigations, and pilot installations.

To ensure success as an application engineer, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Prior experience in engineering, electronics, acoustics, data analysis, or a related industry is desired, but not required. A first-class application engineer will be someone whose expertise translates into streamlined and cost-effective reporting, products and processes.

Application Engineer Responsibilities:

Interpreting analytical and performance data.
Providing weekly leak reports and final pilot reports.
Supporting pre-sales and post-sales phases, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Building, implementing, and improving systems, procedures, tools and equipment.
Working with customers to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.
Working with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
Establishing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
Communicating with customers, engineers, and staff to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
