What You'll Do
- Hit 30+ live decision-maker dials daily (we provide the leads + dialer — you focus on selling)
- Book and run 3–5 qualified Zoom appointments each day
- Sell $1K–$5K packages to business owners across different industries
- Handle objections like a pro and master sales psychology through daily live coaching
- Grow fast in a culture that rewards top performance and execution
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, Closer roles)
- Comfortable with cold calls and closing over Zoom
- Track record selling high-ticket services or SaaS to SMBs
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in live conversations
- Hunger to learn, take feedback, and outperform peers
- A strong, competitive edge with real charisma
Compensation
- $60K–$250K+ OTE (base + commission)

Work Location & Schedule
- In-person | Miami, FL
- Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST
- Weekends off to recharge
