Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rate and capacity models for tooling and inventory to optimize storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage facility layouts using AutoCAD.
- Lead design reviews, ensuring comprehensive documentation of technical decisions.
- Validate that design and contractual requirements are met through thorough research.
- Coordinate inventory movement with operations and logistics teams.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of engineering experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in 2D CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Strong project management and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, comfortable with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and foster a culture of inclusion.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in 2D CAD (e.g., AutoCAD)
