At All Concepts Roofing, we’re hiring Appointment Setters (Canvassers) to join our growing team in Central Oregon. Your role is simple: connect with homeowners, explain our free roof inspection service, and set appointments for our professional sales team.
You’re not closing contracts or selling in-home — just starting the conversation and booking the meeting.
What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners about roofing concerns and inspections
- Schedule appointments for our sales reps (closers)
- Log details in our CRM for smooth follow-up
- Meet a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day (goal: 5 per day)
How You Get Paid:
The more appointments you set, the more you earn per appointment.
- 2 appts/day (minimum) = $50 each
- Goal: 5 appts/day = $100 each
- Average new setters earn $65K–$75K/year
- Top performers regularly exceed six figures
- Extra bonuses when you maintain an 80% sit rate or better
