Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Junior Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a full development position. The initial focus will be on application support and maintenance, with a clear path toward application development once proficiency in our processes and products is demonstrated.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and maintenance for existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to understand system workflows and business processes
- Transition into application development responsibilities over time
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
- Exposure to .NET Core (a plus)
- Associate's degree REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (highly preferred)
- Dev Bootcamp experience is not preferred for this role
