Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Investment Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will work closely with partners on all aspects of the investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities, to supporting live transactions, to helping portfolio companies scale. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both
private equity-style investing and
hands-on operating work in small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Evaluation & Diligence
- Analyze company financials, build models, and assess valuation.
- Conduct industry research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
- Review CIMs, prepare investment memos, and support negotiations.
- Transaction Execution
- Assist in structuring and closing transactions.
- Support legal, financial, and operational due diligence processes.
- Portfolio Company Support
- Partner with management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Market Research & Sourcing
- Research fragmented industries (e.g., business services, healthcare services, consumer services).
- Support sourcing of acquisition targets and relationship-building with founders, advisors, and brokers.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small-team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Compensation Range: $100K - $150K
