Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in San Diego as an FP&A Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and reporting, preferably with a fund administrator or a private equity/venture capital firm. This role is a key part of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and is crucial for supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making for our wealth management firm that serves multiple high-net-worth families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Financial reporting and strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling is a MUST!
- Must live in the San Diego area
